Which plan should I choose?

Choose project pricing if you run the construction phase as a Principal Contractor. Choose the Site-Ready Passport if you are a subcontractor preparing and reusing your company records and safety plans across projects.

Is the project fee per person?

No. The fee covers the project. Invite your subcontractors, designers and site team at no extra cost.

Can my project price change after I confirm it?

Your fee is fixed to the construction value band you declare when you confirm the project. It does not increase during that project, even if the project grows. If you need help choosing a band, contact us before you start.

What is the founder price?

A limited-time launch discount on eligible project fees and Passport subscriptions. The current price and billing terms are shown above. The Passport offer is £149 for the first year, then £349/year. All prices exclude VAT.

Do I need a Passport to join a Principal Contractor's project?

No. Joining a project by invitation is free. The paid Site-Ready Passport gives your business its own reusable records and safety plans to use across projects.

Does my Principal Contractor pay to review my pack?

No. Submit through DocRide and they receive a review link by email. Reviewing your submission is free, even without an existing DocRide account.

Are OHS consultant fees included?

No. OHS consultants are independent professionals. If you choose to hire one, you pay for their work separately from your project or Passport.

What is Fair Usage?

Fair Usage applies to AI document drafting, storage and usage by subcontractors and their teams. See the Fair Usage Policy for details.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds. Use the 14-day free trial to explore DocRide before paying. Trial extensions may be available on request, on a case-by-case basis.
