If you've offered free revisions in your quotation, the customer can ask for those revisions before accepting. They cannot refuse to accept simply because they don't like the outcome — a refund is only processed where there's a genuine, serious concern that you failed to deliver the service or missed significant hazards and risks. Where a refund is upheld, its cost is deducted from your payable, and repeated events like this can restrict your listing on the marketplace.
