Invite your duty chain
One project. Invite your PD, Designers, PC and unlimited subcontractors — free. Everyone works in the same place.
Fair Usage Policy applies.Generate the documents
The PD answers a guided questionnaire and AI drafts the PCI. The PC turns it into a CPP in one click. Every version is saved.
Control your supply chain
Each subbie gets a tailored checklist and uploads into the project. You accept, comment or return. Every decision is logged.
Induct everyone on site
AI drafts a site-specific induction pack from what the project already holds. Walk people through it on site, photograph the signed sheet, tick the names — every induction evidenced.
Run the site, live
Raised hands, incidents, toolbox talks, PPE and plant inspections on one shared dashboard. Green is in order, red needs action — and every report belongs to the right Subbie.
Every CDM document. Structured, versioned, defensible.
Four documents carry a CDM project from first brief to handover. DocRide produces each one in order — and each feeds the next.
Pre-Construction Information
Owned by the Principal Designer
Guided questionnaire in, AI-drafted PCI out. Reviewed by a competent person and issued under version control.
Construction Phase Plan
Owned by the Principal Contractor
Generated from the PCI in one click — or from a PCI you upload. Edit it for the site; every revision is versioned.
Subcontractor Prequalification
Run by the PC · answered by Subbies
Unlimited subbies, free. Choose what each must submit — RAMS, COSHH, training, plant, insurance. Everything timestamped and reviewed.
Fair Usage Policy applies.Health & Safety File
Started by the PD · added to by everyone
Opens on day one. Everyone adds residual risks as work progresses, so handover is a download — not a scramble.
Documents get you compliant. The dashboard keeps you compliant.
Every project ships with one dashboard your whole site team shares — PC, Project Manager, Site Manager. Green is in order, amber is due soon, red needs action. Across your own team and every subcontractor.
Who's on site — and who shouldn't be
Every worker on the project, yours and every subbie's, with their training tickets and induction status in one count. An expired card turns red the day it lapses — not the day an inspector asks for it.
- ✓Competence pulled from each company's training matrix — no re-typing
- ✓Inductions recorded on site, evidenced with the signed sheet
- ✓Expiring tickets flagged 30 days out, before they become a stop

What happened on site today — without ringing the site
Workers raise a hand from their phone the moment something looks unsafe. Incidents, follow-up actions, toolbox talks, PPE and plant inspections are counted live — and every report belongs to the Subbie actually responsible for it.
- ✓Raised hands flash until someone acknowledges them — nothing sits unseen
- ✓Incidents carry an AI RIDDOR check and a deadline to report to HSE
- ✓Toolbox-talk trend week on week — see engagement slipping before it does

Every subbie's paperwork — with a review state, not a folder
RAMS, COSHH assessments, emergency plans and training matrices from every subcontractor, each carrying its own status. Nothing accepted by accident, nothing forgotten in an inbox — and the count of what's waiting on you is always on screen.
- ✓One number for what needs your review — click it, deal with it
- ✓New versions from subbies queue for your decision, never overwrite
- ✓Emergency plan drills and inspections dated, with due-soon warnings

- ✓Keep the audit trail — permanently, in your account
Not a template library. A duty chain.
Structured documents, not Word files
PCI, CPP, RAMS and COSHH are structured data — so AI drafts them well and versions actually mean something.
Version control on statutory documents
Every edit saved as a separate version. What was known, when, by whom — always answerable.
The whole chain, not one link
Other tools do RAMS, or prequal, or storage. DocRide runs the relationships CDM 2015 is actually about.
Free for invited parties
PD, Designers, reviewers and unlimited subbies join at no charge. Compliance shouldn't fail over a seat fee.
Fair Usage Policy applies.Frequently asked questions
Do subbies pay anything?
No. Invited subcontractors get free access on the project. The Readiness Passport is optional, for subbies who want a reusable compliance profile.
Does the AI replace a competent person?
Never. It drafts. A competent OHS professional — yours or one from our marketplace — reviews every key document.
How does PCI become a CPP?
The PD generates the PCI from a structured questionnaire. The PC generates the CPP directly from that PCI in one click, then edits under version control.
How fast is setup?
Most teams are live within a day.
What if we don't have an in-house safety professional?
Hire a vetted OHS consultant from the DocRide marketplace — on demand, per task.
Who are the Marketplace consultants, and how do they charge?
Think of it as Fiverr or Upwork — but only for CDM 2015 OHS competent professionals. They are independent, qualified health & safety consultants, vetted by DocRide and rated by the clients they work for, and you engage them only when you need one. You hire them per task (for example a PCI review or a RAMS review). Before any work is assigned, you and the consultant agree the fee for that task on the platform — there are no retainers, subscriptions or hourly bills. You pay DocRide, and DocRide pays the consultant their share for each completed task.
What if we're not happy with a consultant's work?
Marketplace consultants are experienced professionals — typically 10+ years in the sector — and their work is judged against the required standard, not personal preference. If you have evidence that a deliverable does not meet that standard, raise it directly with the consultant on the platform and they will address it. Work cannot be rejected simply because you did not like it. If a genuine quality issue is not resolved, DocRide reviews the case under its Refund Policy.
