Make your Free account on DocRide first and then, after login:

On the Admin Dashboard, click the Settings button in the top-right corner.

Inside Settings, click Upgrade Plan to choose and purchase your subscription.

You selected Site Core. After you sign in, open Settings → Upgrade Plan to complete payment.
